Dominik has been working in high-performance and supercomputing since 1990. He held senior management positions in academia, at the Swiss National Supercomputing Centre CSCS and ETH Board, as well as in industry, at Cray and ParTec, where he was Chief Quantum & AI Officer. Dominik has a track record of building and scaling teams, organisations, and businesses. Besides deep expertise in strategy, management, sales, and marketing in HPC and quantum computing, he brings an extensive business network across various industries and agencies to Qambria.

Elise is a theoretical physicist and computer scientist working at the intersection of high-performance computing, quantum computing, and AI. She has led the integration and scaling of HPC applications with AI and quantum technologies on heterogeneous architectures in both academia and industry. At Argonne National Laboratory, she led the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Science INCITE program and performance projections for the exascale system Aurora. At IBM Research, she led the development of IBM’s cloud-based HPC–quantum computing integration framework within the Future of Computing initiative. She earned a PhD in Computational Cosmology as a Marie Curie Fellow at Durham University and held Simons and Kavli fellowships at the University of Chicago, later serving as a senior researcher at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory.

Laura obtained her Master in Business Administration and Management from the University of St. Gallen. She subsequently joined Allianz Suisse as Business Assistant to the COO and became Head of Supplier Management. After she was Head of Finance, Operations, and Business Development (later also Property Management) at Allianz Real Estate Switzerland. Subsequently she served as Head of Finance USA for PIMCO Prime Real Estate and is now the global Head of Operations & Digital Transformation. Laura works as fractional CFO at Qambria.
